We accept returns for products purchased directly from naturecapelli.com. You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a retur.

Eligibility

To qualify for a full refund, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging and condition.
  • All return shipping costs — including packaging, carrier fees, and any additional charges — are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Products that have been opened, used, or are not in their original condition.
  • Items marked as final sale, clearance, or non-returnable within specific promotions.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong product, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at naturecapelli@gmail.com

Please include clear photos of the issue.
We will replace the item at no additional cost.
