I am Sheila Jancara, a cosmetic chemist, tricotherapist, and certified botanical formulator, with rigorous training in integrative trichology through the Latin American Trichology Group, as well as specialized diplomas in botanical formulation for skin care and hair care from Fórmulas Botánicas. My approach integrates science, scalp and hair health, and conscious formulation to professionally and thoroughly address hair fiber alterations, scalp imbalances, personalized cosmetic selection, and the design of effective and sustainable hair routines. I work from clinical observation and biochemical knowledge to create strategies that help my clients understand their hair from the root: its needs, behavior, and recovery potential.

Professional scalp and hair fiber analysis: I’ll determine your scalp type (normal, dry, oily, or imbalanced), detect any existing conditions (such as dry or oily dandruff, seborrhea, inflammation, dehydration), and analyze your hair shaft (porosity, damage, elasticity, texture).
Trichology education tailored to your case: You’ll learn how your hair and scalp function based on real science not assumptions so you can stop relying on trial and error.
Washing frequency customized to your scalp & lifestyle: No more generic advice. You’ll receive a personalized washing plan that fits your biological and day-to-day needs.
Correct washing technique and product layering: Even the right product can fail when applied incorrectly. I’ll guide you step by step to get the most out of each product.
Ingredient training (INCI-based): I’ll teach you how to read cosmetic labels and recognize the active ingredients your hair actually needs. You’ll be able to buy based on formulation not marketing or brand loyalty.
Personalized PDF Report (delivered post-consultation): This includes:

48-Hour Direct Support (Post-consultation): For follow-up questions or clarifications, you’ll have direct access to me for 48 hours after your session.

📝 Pre-Consultation Requirements:
Once booked, you’ll receive a Trichological Intake Form and instructions to submit clear, natural-light photos of your hair and scalp. This must be submitted no later than 48 hours before your scheduled consultation. Failure to submit on time will result in automatic cancellation with no refund.
